Job Role: Paid Search Analyst
Location: Leeds (City Centre)
Salary: £30,000-£33,000 (plus stocks/shares options)

We’re working with a fast-growing, independent, employee-owned media agency that partners with ambitious brands across a range of sectors including travel, property, retail and consumer services.
They’re looking for a Paid Search Analyst who wants to build a long-term career in performance marketing - someone who enjoys hands-on campaign work and is keen to learn from experienced PPC specialists in a genuinely supportive environment.

The role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to real budgets, real clients, and real responsibility from day one.
* Build, manage, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
* Support performance analysis, reporting, and insight generation
* Assist with keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid strategy
* Learn best practice across PPC, testing, and optimisation frameworks
