Role Overview
As a Junior Website Designer, you'll help create visually appealing and user-friendly PWA platforms for our clients using our bespoke self-serve web platform. You'll work with our in-house team to design web pages, create digital assets, and support clients in showcasing their content in the best possible way. This is a great opportunity to kick-start your career in digital design while working with cutting-edge AI technology.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design and build PWA platforms using our in-house self-serve platform
* Create design elements such as banners, icons, and graphics as well as building forms and using our AI tools
* Help ensure our clients sites are responsive, accessible, and on-brand
* Work with the team to understand client needs and translate them into engaging designs using the correct tools available to you
* Learn and apply UX/UI best practices in real-world projects
* Support clients and team members with updates and basic troubleshooting
* Stay up to date with digital design trends and tools
What We're Looking For
* A genuine interest in web and digital design
* Basic knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
* Some understanding of responsive design and accessibility
* Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Friendly, proactive, and a team player
* An interest in AI and emerging technology is a bonus (but not essential)
