As Food Services / Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the experience for our guests. In a hotel where no two days are the same, you will lead with passion, precision and genuine care for both guests and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:
* Championing outstanding hospitality and delivering exceptional product knowledge and service standards training to our Restaurant and Bar hosts
* Supporting the continued success and financial performance of the Food and Beverage operation
* Coaching, mentoring and inspiring your team to achieve consistently exceptional standards of service
* Maintaining the highest levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety, and cellar management
* Ensuring the smooth and graceful flow of service through strong collaboration with the Kitchen, Restaurant & Bar teams, and the Meetings & Events team
* Creating a positive, motivating team culture where people feel supported, valued and proud of what they do
* Demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality, crafting memorable moments for guests and meaningful experiences for colleagues
