Job Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover contract for a minimum of three months.
The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Duties
* Front desk operations when required, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with a friendly demeanor.
* Assist operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
* Print and post correspondence to clients.
* To assist covering our other Bedfordshire office in Leighton Buzzard if requested.
* Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks if requested.
Qualifications
* Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc)
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 22.5 per week
