This role is particularly suited to Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) currently working in schools who are looking for greater variety and flexibility than a traditional school-based position. As a 1:1 SEND Tutor and Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with individual students across primary and secondary age groups, delivering personalised tuition and educational support outside of a mainstream classroom setting. You will support a diverse range of SEND needs, including Autism, SEMH, trauma-related difficulties, anxiety and medical needs, helping students engage with learning and make progress through tailored one-to-one provision.
