Purpose of the Role:

You will be a true Brand Ambassador who will interact easily with a variety of customers. You will promote customer service excellence, contribute to the customer’s journey and in-store experience, displaying knowledge across product, store systems and processes. You will be hardworking, dedicated, and able to swiftly identify customer needs to provide engaging styling options. Your dedication to exceed customer expectations will support the store KPIs and contribute to overall performance through personal productivity, and by supporting the store management in their absence.


Key Responsibilities

* As a supervisory member of the team, lead and empower colleagues, ensuring our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, listening actively, and confidently offering individual bespoke advice.
* Lead with and deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting, listening, and offering bespoke advice while selling in a professional and passionate way.
* Achieve high productivity and motivate colleagues to maximise sales and services goals, elevating every interaction and contributing to business KPI’s.
* Maintain strong product knowledge for all services: Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store, and apply this to tailor the customer experience and support operations.
* Support management to train store colleagues using business tools and resources to drive success and foster peer trust.
* Utilise sales and customer data to inform interactions, ensuring decisions enhance customer satisfaction and collective success.
* Seek opportunities to improve store performance and the customer experience using feedback from Feefo, Mystery Shops, and other tools.
* Assist store management with stockroom and back-office housekeeping, including receiving deliveries, stock handling, and adhering to stock and cash control procedures to minimise loss.
* Follow the Appointment process using the appointed platform, ensuring customers are contacted prior to visits and status information is recorded accurately.
* Be accountable for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
* Cashier balancing at the end of the day and adherence to correct procedures.


What You’ll Need to Succeed

Technical:

* Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
* Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and industry standards.
* POS systems familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
* Knowledge in data analytics, leveraging sales and performance insights to drive store success and improve customer experiences.
