Sales Support Officer
Your Scope
You will act as the central point of contact with regards to product support, contract & forecast follow-up etc. By creating reports and analyzing customer data, you gain insights for the organization and the customer. You dare to jump when seeing opportunities and proactively monitor and improve customer satisfaction. Your commercial attitude allows you to build strong business relationships.
In this role you interact frequently with the key account manager retail, customer service and supply chain to guarantee a correct follow-up & gain internal support for your customers.
You will report to the Group Sales Support Teamlead.
1. You provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, customised reports, both for internal use as for the customer
2. You translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items…)
3. Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolio's and prepare customer meetings
4. In collaboration with the account manager you monitor, prepare and follow up tenders and quotations
5. Take the lead in communication with the customer concerning Item screenings coordination and article creation and introduction of new products follow-up of packaging (new packaging samples, first production timings, phase-out packaging stock) NPD samples Promo management (forecasting and analyzing) SLA follow-up
6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the successful completion of the sales processes and to ensure accurate execution (marketing, data management, supply chain, demand planning)
7. You coordinate reporting related projects and are the internal communicator for customer related questions (such as QA, internal data, material statuses).

Your profile
·You have a master’s degree
·5-year experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role
·Building reports and analysing data is in your DNA.
·You work easily with new IT systems (preferably SAP) and have an advanced level of excel knowledge. Experience with Power BI is a plus
·Customer contact & delivering service are at the top of your dictionary. A commercial, client focused mindset is a must-have
·You love networking and are able to think on an international (group) level
