About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join our growing production team. You will be responsible for setting, operating, and programming CNC milling machines to produce high-quality precision components in line with engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
* Set and operate CNC milling machines (3, 4, or 5-axis depending on experience)
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
* Edit and prove out CNC programs (Fanuc / Heidenhain)
* Carry out first-off inspections and ensure components meet quality standards
* Use a range of measuring equipment, manual, CMM and OMM
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Work efficiently to meet production deadlines
Requirements
* Proven experience as a CNC Miller / CNC Machinist
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
* Experience with CNC controls (e.g. Fanuc, Heidenhain)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and quality standards
* Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications (preferred)
* Programming experience (offline or on-machine)
* Experience with CAD/CAM software Fusion 360
