We're working with a seriously exciting, fast-growing apparel business (family-run, global reach, big ambitions) that's on the hunt for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to help take things to the next level.
This isn't your typical sales role. It's about being strategic, collaborative, and commercially sharp - someone who can spot opportunities, build relationships, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships.
Think less "spray and pray" and more targeted, high-impact business development

What you'll be doing
Winning new business across the UK & Europe (especially Europe)
Building relationships with key decision-makers in major retail brands
Acting as a frontline ambassador for the business - bringing the full story to life
Collaborating closely with design, product & sourcing teams to create winning ranges
Developing tailored product proposals that actually land with customers
Keeping things organised with weekly activity updates
You'll report into the GM, with strong links into global product teams.What makes this role different?
