Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; responsible for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas, in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote a safety-first culture throughout all activities.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), overseeing the flow of information, including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately. Ensure documentation is receipted, checked, monitored, registered, and distributed properly to the project team, client, supply chain, and contractors.
* Provide professional administrative support to team members efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants as required, developing and implementing procedures and guidance to deliver excellent DM services.
* Build strong relationships with clients, supply chain, project teams, and contractors to ensure system integration and effective document management.
* Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings, RFIs/TQs, and technical submissions, as per project requirements.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure storage of documentation, complying with company and project information security policies.
