We are looking for a highly skilled individual to join our dedicated team on a Temp-to-Perm basis. This crucial role involves working closely with pupils who require intensive support to manage their behaviour and re-engage with their learning. A significant element of this position includes conducting essential home visits and attending external meetings, making a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential. The Role and Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN, particularly SEMH and challenging behaviour. Implement tailored behaviour management strategies and de-escalation techniques, working under the guidance of the SENCO and teaching staff. Assist in the delivery of a modified curriculum and therapeutic interventions to promote pupil well-being and academic progress.
