We are currently working with an an established Global software firm with company with offices in both the UK and America. After recently experiencing a high-growth period this organisation is looking to build out it's finance team and is currently seeking a Finance Manager with a strong technical finance and accounting background to join their London offices. Responsibilities - Lead finance functions across multiple regions across the UK and Europe. companies Responsible to the business' requirements across accounting, treasury, FP&A, reporting, and systems Assist in preparation of GAAP financial statements, budgeting, board reporting, financial statements and KPIs Provide assistance with customer contracts, accruals, treasury and banking needs Partner with various senior operators in order to ensure value is added to the business Quality assurance through reviewing the general ledger postings, checking variance explanations in reports Analysis of budget vs. actuals, revenue and expense analysis and any information to assist in strategic decision making Drive insights through data analysis and performance reporting Integrate new acquisitions and implement financial initiatives in accordance with the M&A process Champion process improvements and document SOPs Lead on system and process improvements in order to improve general efficiency Due to the nature of the regions this company it is essential that candidates applying are fluent in either French, Spanish or Portuguese in order to be considered for this role. Candidate MUST be qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have 1 year PQE. Knowledge of US GAAP and UK GAAP is also ideal for this position. A proven history of leading teams, driving change and leading on system implementation is ideal in order to be successful within this position. In addition Oracle NetSuite experience is ideal but not essential. The company currently offers flexible working with 2-3 days required on site at their offices in the City of London. Travel for this role will not be extensive, however there will be the requirement from time to time to travel to entities in Europe and Canada.
