The Foundation of Light is seeking to appoint a HR Advisor to lead our HR function.
Responsibilities
* Champion the people strategy, ensuring HR practices and culture align seamlessly with our new strategic objectives.
* Oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of HR operations.
* Provide guidance across the organisation and support managers to drive consistently high standards.
* Play a key role in shaping, implementing, and embedding modern processes with the new HR system.
