As their portfolio continues to grow, the business is looking for a Maintenance & Lettings Coordinator to support the team in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants alike. THE ROLE: To assist the Office Manager in all areas of property management, with a key focus on coordinating maintenance requests, progressing lettings, and delivering outstanding customer service. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Handle maintenance calls: assess, prioritise, and coordinate repairs with landlords and trusted contractors to ensure timely resolution * Match tenants to available properties, book viewings, and provide feedback to landlords * Carry out tenant referencing, Right to Rent checks, and other compliance procedures * Manage administrative tasks such as drafting contracts, logging CRM notes, and preparing correspondence * Schedule and manage compliance checks (e.g., gas and electrical safety) * Support applicants through the rental application process from viewing to move-in * Act as the first point of contact: answer phones, greet visitors, and respond to general enquiries * Help maintain accurate filing, scanning, and documentation systems * Contribute to improving internal processes and service delivery ...
