Are you an experienced Electrical maintenance professional with a knack for leadership and problem-solving We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join an industry leading company.\n\nElectrical Maintenance Supervisor \n\nLocation: City of London\n\nSalary: Up to £52.5k, based on experience\n\nMonday to Friday - 8am - 5pm\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead, manage, and oversee a team of skilled electrical engineers to ensure smooth daily operations.\n\nPerform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.\n\nSchedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and electrical codes.\n\nConduct training sessions and toolbox talks to upskill team members and promote a safe working environment.\n\nManage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.\n\nCoordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nProven experience as an electrical maintenance technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.\n\nStrong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.\n\nAbility to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.\n\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations in electrical maintenance.\n\nA relevant electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).\n\nFamiliarity with maintenance management software is a plus.\n\nWhy This Position\n\nCompetitive Salary & Benefits\n\nOpportunities for Career Growth & Development\n\nCollaborative and Supportive Team Environment\n\nStable, Long-Term Position in a Growing Company\n\nIf this position is of interest to you, please get in touch.
