Job Title: CNC Miller / Programmer Location: Leighton Buzzard, LU7 4RW Salary: £38,000 to £45,000 per year (depending on experience) Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (overtime available) Bonus: Performance-based bonus scheme About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines, with a strong working knowledge of HAAS and Fanuc controls. You’ll be responsible for producing precision components to tight tolerances and maintaining high quality standards across all machining work. Overtime is available and rewarded, and there is a performance-related bonus scheme in place. CNC Miller/Programmer - Key Responsibilities * Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines * Working with HAAS machines and Fanuc-based controls (OneCNC software) * Reading and interpreting engineering drawings * Producing one-off and small batch precision components * Ensuring all parts are manufactured to the required standards and tolerances * Conducting quality checks using standard measuring equipment * Carrying out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when needed * Working independently and as part of a small, skilled team CNC Miller/Programmer - Requirements * Proven experience as a CNC Miller/Programmer * Strong knowledge of HAAS machinery and Fanuc controls * Ability to read technical drawings and work to fine tolerances * Confident with OneCNC or similar CAM software * Good attention to detail and commitment to quality * Able to work independently and manage workload effectively CNC Miller/Programmer - What’s on Offer * Competitive salary of £38,000 to £45,000 (depending on experience) * Regular overtime * Performance-related bonus scheme * Opportunity to work with a skilled and supportive team * Clean, well-equipped workshop environment * Long-term job security and opportunities to grow
