Head of Search £55k - £60k Hybrid working available. This is a permanent role and will consider candidates from an in-house or agency background. We are looking for a Head of Search that is client centric with a solid and credible employment history. The Head of Search will own and lead search performance across the agency. This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility for strategy, delivery and client leadership. This is a role for someone confident in technical SEO and modern PPC, audits and optimisation techniques to clients. The Head of Search will need solid knowledge of: SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) experience – Organic and Technical PPC Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta Paid Search Digital PR Ecommerce Google Analytics Managing SEO strategies. Understanding of Offsite & Onsite Optimisation factors. Data Analysis & Reporting skills. Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs and Google Analytics. Excellent understanding of Google algorithms and updates. Head of Search/Performance will need to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people.
