Job Title: Swim Instructor Location: Dublin About the role: Westfield Health at Google Dublin Headquarters are currently advertising for a vacancy on their team for a permanent Pool Lifeguard & Swim Coach position on a full time basis within a Large Corporate Entity. The role will report directly to the full time Pool Supervisor and on-site Manager. Your responsibilities: Maintaining a safe and welcoming pool environment Ensuring all users can enjoy the facilities confidently and safely Delivering swim coaching sessions Supporting aqua aerobics classes Assisting with the smooth running of all pool activities What you'll bring: Flexible to working arrangements Hold a Swim teacher I and II award Ability to swim and teach all four strokes Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent teamwork skills with an eagerness to progress with the Academy Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid RLSS / Irish Water Safety Lifeguard Certification (Must be in date) CPR / FIrst Aid (In date) Aqua Aerobics experience G-suite experience and competent - drive, docs, sheets Strong communication skills both written and verbal Exceptional Customer service skills with a proven track record Salary, Perks & Benefits: Salary dependent on experience 40 hours per week Pension with New Ireland Access to EAP 20 days annual leave Cycle to work scheme Recognition awards Next steps and support: If you think you fit the bill, we would love to hear from you!
