* A strong understanding of either HR or Payroll processes and compliance requirements is essential.
* You should have the ability to develop process maps, documentation, and user stories.
* A full current driving license valid in the UK and access to a vehicle, or access to a form of transport that enables you to carry out the duties of the post, is necessary.
* Previous experience using the Technology One ERP system is preferred.
Responsibilities:
* I expect you to engage with service area stakeholders to capture detailed business requirements specific to HR or Payroll processes.
* You will analyze and document current and future state processes to support system configuration and functional design.
* You will work closely with the ERP implementation team and vendor to align system setup with defined business requirements.
* Acting as a key liaison between operational teams and the technical project team, you will ensure clarity of requirements and address any issues throughout the project lifecycle.
* You will design and execute test scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and defect resolution tracking.
* Supporting data validation and reconciliation activities will be part of your duties to ensure a clean migration of legacy HR/payroll data to the new ERP system.
* You will assist in assessing the impact of change on service users and contribute to training, communications, and transition planning.
* I need you to develop and maintain business process documentation, functional specifications, and system change logs.
* You will provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes using the functionality and automation available within the ERP system.
* Your contribution to project planning, milestone tracking, and reporting will be crucial, and you will escalate risks or blockers appropriately.
