Due to continued growth and evolving operational needs, they are looking to appoint an experienced People Advisor to support managers and employees across a regional portfolio. Reporting into the People Partner, this role will provide proactive HR support across a broad generalist remit, with a particular focus on employee relations, HR systems, and process improvement. The successful candidate will advise managers on HR policies, absence management, wellbeing, and employment legislation, while managing ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance matters. The role will also support HR administration, reporting, payroll coordination, and the ongoing enhancement of systems and processes, combining remote working with regular travel to operational sites.
You will be a confident and organised HR professional with previous advisory‑level experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law. Comfortable managing a varied workload, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will be detail‑oriented, proactive, and solutions‑focused, with experience using HR systems and handling sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion. CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience is essential, with multi‑site experience considered highly advantageous.
