* managing a team of 3 (2 Sales & 1 Marketing)
* headcount to bring 2 Account Managers in within the 1st 12 months
* manage, coach, mentor and develop the team
* assist with high value deals and also with board level client meetings
* solution is a managed service for VDI, Virtualisation etc
* target market is automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, construction and engineering
* hybrid role based from South Manchester office location
* report to the CEO
* must have a 5 year + track record in sales management
* essential that have a track record within the managed services arena
* should have prior experience within either VDI, virtualisation, high performance computing or data heavy graphical applications
