Key responsibilities of an Assistant Lettings Manager
Assist in running a profitable and well-organised office by providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. Lead by example, delegate tasks, and aim to exceed performance standards and targets. Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support needed to flourish in their careers.
Skills and experience required
* Experience as an Assistant Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer seeking progression
* Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
* Proven leadership, management, and mentoring skills
* Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
* Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A Full UK driving licence
