The role and You:
We’re looking for a Honest Kitchen Assistant who believes in the power of great, fresh food. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a great team spirit and will be happy to go the extra mile in order to ensure our guests receive the best standards of care possible. You will be supporting your team in various tasks, while observing and learning new skills.
This job is specifically advertised for our Prep Kitchen where we take the high quality ingredients and turn it into our famous, sauces, pickles and last but not least rosemary salt. A lot goes into this process and on a normal day you would:
14. Work in our prep kitchen following strict recipes and specs
15. Uphold the highest of food and health & safety standards, including work in protective clothing and regular hand wash
16. Operate heavy machinery in the kitchen
17. Vacuum pack high volume of items
18. Manual handling of heavy items (10-15kg)
