We are conducting paid research interviews with nursing professionals to better understand the day-to-day realities of healthcare work and the staffing industry. This is purely a conversation - no clinical work, no tests, no writing assignments.

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
All specialties and settings welcome - hospitals, behavioural health, long-term care, home health, travel nursing, agency staffing, etc.

How you find jobs or get placed (agencies, apps, direct hire, etc.)
What frustrates you about staffing and scheduling
What you wish was different about how healthcare staffing works
Your overall experience and career journey

Format: Video or phone call (30–45 minutes)
Scheduling: Flexible - we'll work around your shifts
No prep needed - just come ready to have an honest conversation
