Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

CitySprint offers an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator.
We are looking for a superstar who enjoys coordinating team activities to ensure a streamlined and efficient operation, delivering excellent service to customers and colleagues.
You will build strong relationships with staff and clients in the Service Centre and beyond, designing and delivering effective operations with couriers and suppliers.
Main responsibilities include:
* Answering phone lines promptly and professionally
* Arranging collections, transit routes, and deliveries
* Inputting event tracking for bookings and consignments
* Liaising with Operations and Imports departments to ensure timely arrivals
* Providing updates to customers on exceptions or issues
* Requesting and entering PODs from agents
* Reporting discrepancies to Managers
* Providing quotes to customers upon request
* Monitoring Service Centre emails
* Working with suppliers to deliver a high-quality customer experience
Ideal candidate qualities:
* Experience supporting dispatching vehicles or vehicle allocation
* Respectful treatment of people under all circumstances
* Prompt and appropriate responses to customer and supplier needs
* Ensuring jobs are collected and delivered on time
* Effective handling of operational queries, keeping clients informed
* Proactive suggestions for service improvements
* Skilled listening, empathy, and understanding of customer relationships
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision
