The Role You will play a crucial role in assisting our clients care team in matters related to care and family law. You will provide invaluable support to their clients who are navigating complex care proceedings and child protection cases. Key Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and next steps. Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents, including court forms, statements, and correspondence. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy. Drafting legal letters and court documents. Attending meetings with fee earners and taking notes. Closing files and preparing bundles. Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. About You Upwards of 1 years&x2019; experience in care other candidates with significant family law experience are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of empathy and a compassionate approach. Previous use and knowledge of the Legal Aid Agency portal, CCMS is desirable.
