Specialist, Project & Program Mgt, Project Management
Join Mondelēz International as a Project Manager specialized in engineering and manufacturing, supporting business change initiatives from project initiation to launch.
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage cross‑functional representatives forming a project team.
* Manage project team meetings and hold team members accountable on timelines and costs.
* Drive project planning, define scopes, goals, tasks, and resource requirements.
* Deliver projects following the I2M process, using tools such as My Project.
* Lead communication, stakeholder management and reporting, ensuring clear status updates.
* Assess risks, develop contingency plans and ensure governance and KPI requirements are met.
* Work closely with Process and Project Engineers on site infrastructure upgrades, shutdowns, trials, and machinery installs.
* Promote waste minimisation, avoid unnecessary complexity, and maintain supply‑chain visibility.
* Assist with master‑data setup, graphic, packaging, label spec, D2P and co‑packing processes, ensuring compliance with Mondelez policies.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations, SOPs and company policies.
Qualifications
* Engineering qualification or experience in an engineering manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in project management methodology.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong project planning, risk identification and mitigation, and strict timeline management.
* Knowledge of relevant business processes and technology solutions.
* Experience building effective cross‑functional teams.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on cost, schedule and quality delivery.
