Residential Conveyancer, 1-4 years’ PQE, Greater London (West) £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team with a strong reputation and experience across the broad range of residential property work.

\n• This impressive firm offers an established position within the Greater London (West) market with average property values of high value as you would expect in this affluent location.
\n• They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive with between 1-4 Years’ PQE into their expanding department.
\n• The team handles a breadth of work covering all matters in relation to Residential Property including sales, purchases, shared ownership and new build transactions.
\n• The successful Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive will have solid experience gained with a similar private practice law firm and will be used to working in a CQS accredited team.
\n• This position requires an individual who is approachable, confident and enthusiastic to join a progressive firm. Ideally, you will be experienced in dealing with a busy and varied workload with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
\n• Your enthusiasm to be part of a friendly, secure and forward-thinking firm will be a given.
\n• This well-established firm has an excellent reputation and has successfully attracted a number of key hires from London/national firms in recent years.
