pobl. is an independent talent consultancy partnering with an award-winning UK law firm to find an experienced Residential Property Solicitor for their expanding team.
This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions with a reputable firm known for exceptional client service and employee support.
About the Role
You'll report directly to the Partner and Head of Residential Property, managing residential property matters from pre-exchange to completion while mentoring junior team members in a collaborative environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing varied residential property transactions including sales, purchases and lease arrangements
* Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion with attention to detail
* Providing expert advice to local and national clients including high net worth individuals
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional service excellence
* Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
* ~3+ years PQE in residential property law with strong technical knowledge
* Experience managing full residential property transactions from start to finish
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse client expectations
* Strong organisational abilities with capacity to handle multiple cases efficiently
* Business development mindset with networking skills and growth targets focus
