Salary: £27,166

Areas that play to your strengths
* Be the face of our client, Red Bull, forging relationships with key decision makers in stores across your territory
* Visit independent retailers or major stores on a regular cycle
* Deliver excellent customer service to customers and stakeholders
* Meet distribution, availability, and visibility targets
* Manage and drive success of your territory with an entrepreneurial mindset
* Negotiate increased space and maintain displays
* Maximise brand awareness, educate customers, and implement in-store activations
* Implement marketing initiatives with in-store execution and POS
Compliance
* Conduct audits to ensure promotional activity complies with the brief
* Ensure product availability and correct pricing on fixtures and chillers
* Ensure proper execution of new product launches
* Provide feedback for promotional activity improvements
Data Recording and Reporting
* Record response data accurately
* Take high-quality photos with descriptions
Insight
* Provide market intelligence and competitor activity feedback
* Update on retailer procedures and systems changes
* Stay informed on channel trends and news
Technical
* Utilise intervention data for actions
* Analyse data for store visit dynamics
* Use sales data and case studies to promote upcoming activities
Administration
* Manage journey plans as per briefing
* Ensure sufficient POS and promotional materials
* Attend monthly team meetings
Experience
Preferred knowledge and expertise:
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or sales; applications from other sectors considered
* Enthusiastic about the Red Bull brand with drive to succeed
* Comfortable working autonomously in the field
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven selling skills and commercial acumen
* Experience valued over formal education
* Fluent in English
* Willing to travel 90-100%
