The Role
You’ll be working on a wide range of commercial property matters for a diverse client base, including developers, investors, SMEs, and landlords. This is an excellent opportunity to take on responsibility early while being supported by experienced colleagues
You will manage a variety of tasks including:
* Commercial sales and acquisitions 🏠
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Lease drafting, negotiation, and renewals
* Site acquisition and development work
* Client care and relationship management
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Commercial Property
* Confidence in managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
* Strong client-facing and communication skills
* A proactive and commercial approach to your work
