Senior Vehicle Technician Required in Farnborough, Hampshire
1. Pay: Diagnostic(£40,000) & Master (£55,000) + Bonus
2. Hours: 42.5 Hours per week + Saturdays on a rota

Required Skills of the Senior Vehicle Technician Our Client is looking for:
4. Proven experience working on German-manufactured vehicles, with diagnostic and fault-finding expertise
5. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
6. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
7. Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
8. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (preferred)
9. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
10. Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset
Nice to Have Skills:
11. MOT Tester qualification
12. Additional advanced certifications such as Master Technician status
13. Experience with a range of vehicle brands beyond German manufacturers
14. Proficiency in using latest diagnostic equipment and software
15. Leadership qualities or mentoring experience
Preferred Education and Experience of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
16. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
17. A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Technician in a franchised dealership environment
18. Proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs and diagnostics
Other Requirements for the Senior Vehicle Technician:
19. Valid UK driving licence
20. Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
21. Willingness to contribute to a positive team environment
