Job Description We have an opportunity to come join our UK & Ireland (UKI) B2B eCommerce team to drive an outstanding LEGO® digital shopper and consumer experience with our retail partners. Bring expertise in eCommerce, knowledge of best-in-class commercial approaches to help us reach more children and adult fans at one of the most loved brands! No relocation support offered for this role Core Responsibilities Strategy: Set out a clear vision for the future of the online shopper product journey, and a prioritised roadmap for how to achieve this vision Corporate events: Drive commercial performance of the top eCommerce accounts by strategically activating in retailer’s corporate occasions and throughout the year. Drive period calendar (DPC): Be a clear commercial voice and consultative partner collaborating with Trade Marketing teams to ensure the DPC plans are of high quality and aligned to core objectives set out in the joint business plan (JBP). Shopper journey & Digital shelf: Optimise the shopper journey to find and enjoy our products on retail partner sites. Partner closely with the Digital Merchandising Coordinator to ensure a strong digital shelf and focus on the key areas of optimisation. Test & Learn: Push retailer boundaries by driving innovation, network with internal partners both regionally and globally sharing knowledge, capturing findings and initiatives to copy and scale. Budgets: Own the retail media budget across all eCommerce retailers. Consult with Account Managers on conditional terms and allocation towards different initiatives Leadership: Function as a mentor and sparring partner for the eCommerce team members, with day-to-day people management of the eCommerce Channel Associate who runs our sponsored search and display retailer marketing Play your part in our team succeeding! The team works across our eCommerce and Omni-Channel retailer space delivering best in class Digital Shopper experiences across retail partner digital platforms. The role also collaborates and coaches across the Sales team, the wider Business Unit and across the Western Europe market, to drive Digital and Ecommerce innovation. Do you have what it takes? Full understanding of the digital retail landscape, including the dynamics of both Pureplay eCommerce and Omnichannel Experience of optimising the retailer digital shopper journey (direct or indirect), owning/ setting the vision, and driving this forward Experience of utilising shopper acquisition channels including search, social and affiliate marketing and understanding key technical issues, and how they could be resolved Experience owning and managing retailer budgets Consistent track record of developing shopper insights via strong analytical approach and an ability to turn analysis into the creation, execution of actionable eCommerce programs and digital campaigns. Strong networking, relationship building, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
