We are seeking a multi skilled worker provide a high-quality, efficient, and safe maintenance and repair service across a range of building and site facilities. Carrying out a variety of tasks including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, and general building maintenance, ensuring that all works are completed to required standards and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day reactive and planned maintenance tasks across various sites or facilities.

Perform general building repairs — including carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and basic plumbing/electrical work.

Conduct inspections to identify defects, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
*
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
*
Maintain accurate records of all works carried out, materials used, and time spent.
*
Liaise with supervisors, clients, and tenants to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities.
*
Support refurbishment, renovation, and small project works as required.
*
Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
*
Provide emergency maintenance support when required (e.g., on-call rota).
Background/Skills
*
Proven experience as a multi-skilled tradesperson, handyman, or maintenance operative.
*
Competence in at least two or more (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, painting, plastering, tiling, basic electrics).
*
Good understanding of building maintenance and repair techniques.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Full UK driving licence (if mobile role).
