Your Responsibilities
* Track deliveries in real-time using tracking systems and provide updates on shipment status to customers and internal teams.
* Proactively identify and resolve logistical challenges and issues that arise on route, communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
* Act as a key point of contact for customers, drivers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, shipments, and related documentation.
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction within the logistics process.
Your Profile
* Strong ability to organise daily activities, adapt to changing priorities, and manage resources effectively.
* Natural ability to analyze data, identify solutions to complex issues, and think logically.
* Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers, and internal and external teams.
* Experience with transport planning software, tracking systems, and other relevant logistics information systems.
* A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach to service.
