Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Leadership
1. Lead the EUC workstream across architecture, engineering, and delivery.
2. Define and execute the EUC roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.
3. Act as a thought leader in modern workplace technologies and digital user experience.
2. Architecture & Solution Design
4. Architect end-user computing solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
5. Design and maintain EUC platforms including Windows, macOS, VDI, and mobile endpoints.
6. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cloud strategies.

7. Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of EUC technologies including:
8. Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11
9. Citrix/VMware VDI
10. Endpoint management (Intune, SCCM)
11. Application packaging and virtualization
12. Drive automation and standardization across the EUC estate. 4. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.Engage with vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement new technologies.6. Skills & Experience Required:
Technical ExpertiseDeep knowledge of EUC technologies including:Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure ADCitrix/VMware Horizon, VDIIntune, SCCM, AutopilotScripting (PowerShell, Bash)
13. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments. Security & GovernanceExperience implementing secure EUC environments with zero-trust architecture.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).Leadership & CommunicationProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to influence technical and business decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Certifications such as:Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateCitrix Certified Expert - VirtualizationITIL Foundation or Practitioner
