The Salesforce Administrator will report to the Salesforce Product Manager and lead the ongoing development of our deployment. The role involves working closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide maintenance and support operational requests to support day-to-day operations.
* Triage and resolve bug support tickets.
