Role Overview
We’re looking for a CRM & E-commerce Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of Treats’ customer journey and online performance.
This is a commercially minded, hands-on role for someone who enjoys blending data, creativity, and execution. You’ll play a key role in driving customer retention through CRM, improving onsite conversion and merchandising, and supporting digital activity across the wider marketing mix.
You’ll work closely with Brand, Creative, Customer Experience, and Operations teams, as well as coordinate with freelance web developers and paid media partners, to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, performance is tracked, and every digital touchpoint f...
