Senior Supply Chain Co-ordinator (SAP MRP) - Gloucester (£40,000 - £45,000)

We're looking for a proactive Procurement Leader to join our team in Gloucester. This role is ideal for someone with strong supplier management and purchasing experience who wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.
Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
Negotiate deadlines, oversee supplier capacity, and resolve shortages.
Monitor logistics and on-time delivery, escalating issues where necessary.
Lead root cause analysis and implement recovery plans to manage supplier risks.
Collaborate with internal teams across Purchasing, Quality, and Program Management.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and supplier management skills.
Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
Aerospace or engineering sector experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Eligibility to obtain security clearance for this opportunity.
