Role Overview
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the supervision and coaching of customer consultants, demonstrating exceptional customer experience while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
Responsibilities
* Demonstrate an exceptional customer experience and compliance with company procedures & policies.
* Work independently with minimal direction, acting with a sense of urgency and handling customer concerns.
* Support maintenance of store layout, inventory management and other store operations.
* Coach Customer Consultants to achieve exceptional customer service standards in partnership with store management.
* Promote and serve as an ambassador for The Body Shop campaigns.
* Use storytelling to enhance the customer experience and understand sales trends.
* Operate multiple systems, meet sales/performance targets and assist store management in recruiting the right team.
* Perform opening and closing procedures and complete all audit documentation per operational standards.
* Coordinate between customers, the team, and the manager; work flexible hours.
Qualifications
* Experience working in customer service with a genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
* Strong communication and listening skills with demonstrated operational abilities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
* A positive mindset with a willingness to develop.
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work flexible hours.
