Responsibilities
* Leading and managing maintenance projects within the social housing sector.
* Coordinating operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
* Managing relationships with housing associations, tenants, and internal teams.
* Monitoring project performance, compliance, and quality standards.
* Producing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Project Manager within social housing or property maintenance.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Knowledge of compliance, health & safety, and quality standards in housing projects.
* A results-driven individual who can deliver high standards of service.
* Knowledge of housing regulations, landlord & tenant legislation, and compliance frameworks.
