We are currently recruiting for 6xEO2 for our client based in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed. Start date: 31st Oct Rate of pay: £15.83PH Duration: up to 51 weeks Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week Key Responsibilities: UC Review Agent. Review Agent will initiative aiming to prevent and detect error on Universal Credit claims and ensure the correct amount of benefit is in payment. Universal Credit Review agents will:
1. Manage a caseload of claims to be reviewed
2. Carry out an in-depth preview of each claim
3. Request appropriate evidence from Universal Credit claimants in connection with their claim
4. Provide coaching and support to people requiring help to supply the evidence requested taking individual circumstances into account
5. Analyse evidence received and prepare appropriate questions for telephone interview with claimant
6. Work with colleagues across Universal Credit to ensure the right outcome is achieved with each review
7. Accurately record the outcome of each review on departmental systems
*Full attendance is required on both a mandatory training course and a consolidation period of 6 weeks with no leave permitted Essential Criteria applicants must have:
8. five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English plus 2 A Levels
9. ( Proof of certs required )
10. Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
11. Excellent communication skills.
12. Proven ability to use own initiative.
13. 12/18 months office experience is required
