Change Project Manager Location: Northampton (Hybrid Working 2 days onsite) Contract Length: Until 31st December 2025 Day Rate: Up to £330/day (Inside IR35) Status: MUST be eligible for BPSS Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Change Project Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives for a large financial services organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery—ensuring all change initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with regulatory and organisational standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage change projects from initiation through to successful implementation. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and delivery schedules. Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal staff and third-party vendors. Monitor project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and timely reporting of costs. Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle. Drive effective change management activities including training, stakeholder engagement, and communication. Prepare and present regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and benefits realisation. Essential Experience: Proven experience in project delivery across large-scale, cross-functional teams. Expertise in managing internal and external delivery partners. Strong financial and budget management capabilities. Previous delivery experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in delivering change initiatives across Technology, Operations, Sales, and Legal functions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
