* Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
* Adhere to all relevant health and safety procedures to ensure the safety of clients and colleagues
* Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing high‑quality, person‑centred care
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a healthcare or social care setting is preferred, but not essential
