We are looking for someone who is passionate about Early Years care and education, with excellent EYFS knowledge and experience of leading a small team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career and begin a management trainee programme starting as a Deputy Manager. Candidates must have the intention to develop their career within our small group of local settings and hold a recognised Early years Qualification.You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with children’s families. Successful candidates will demonstrate a clear love for working with children 6 months to five years old and committed to supporting children’s early learning and development in line with the early years foundation stage.Successful candidates will have respect and a clear understanding of our duty to safeguard children. You will be expected to adhere to the Nursery’s policies and procedures.
