Job Details:
1. Pay: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (plus commission, company car, phone, and laptop)
2. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Days role
3. Duration: Permanent
4. Benefits: Company car, phone, laptop, travel expenses; Uncapped commission with a fantastic structure; Monthly and quarterly company bonus
Job Role: As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own sales territory, developing new business opportunities through calls, visits, and proposals. This is a highly autonomous role suited to a self-starter who thrives in a target-driven environment. You will also carry out market research, secure sales, and generate quotations while analysing and reporting sales activity.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
5. Previous experience within a B2B field sales role acquiring new business – ESSENTIAL
6. Experienced with door-to-door sales – ESSENTIAL
7. Excellent communication and organisational skills
8. Able to work independently and demonstrate a professional approach
9. Full UK Driver’s licence – ESSENTIAL
Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications
10. Knowledge of the Waste Management sector – BENEFICIAL
