Personal Car Buyer – Car Finance Brokerage Experience Essential OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Office-Based – Flexible Hours – Fantastic Career Opportunity I’m currently supporting a fantastic client in their search for an experienced and customer-focused Personal Car Buyer to join their dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 12-18 months car finance brokerage experience who is passionate about the car buying journey and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in guiding customers through the entire process – from initial contact to sourcing their perfect car, negotiating the best deals with dealers, and ensuring a smooth handover. What you’ll be doing: Contacting pre-approved customers promptly and efficiently Building strong relationships with customers and dealerships Understanding customers’ needs to source their ideal vehicle within budget Negotiating deals with dealerships to secure the best possible outcome Ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey from start to finish Collaborating with the Personal Assistance team to ensure a smooth handover to Customer Care About you: Must have 12-18 months car finance brokerage experience Highly organised and able to manage multiple customer journeys Excellent written and verbal communication skills A passion for delivering a first-class customer experience Ability to take ownership of your workload and work to deadlines Motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach Knowledge of the car buying industry essential The package: OTE £40,000 - £50,000 Office-based role (regulatory requirement) Hours: Monday to Sunday 9am to 8pm (rota basis) – must be flexible, 2 in 4 Saturdays required Pension, Healthcare, Parking, and other company benefits If you have the right experience and are excited to be part of a fast-paced, customer-centric team, I’d love to hear from you.
