At Birchgrove, we’re not just creating places to live - we’re building vibrant communities where people over 65 can truly thrive. Everything we do is rooted in purpose: supporting our residents, empowering our teams, and making every day meaningful. Tucked within the Banstead Conservation Area, Banstead Place offers a beautiful balance of heritage and modern living. With sweeping gardens, an old orchard, and a Grade II listed manor at its centre, this Surrey neighbourhood brings people together in a warm and welcoming setting designed for living well in later life. Banstead Place is due to open in April, making this a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new team from the very beginning and help shape an exceptional community for our future residents. A Team Player with Individual Initiative : Collaborate with the marketing team, community staff, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and support. Demonstrate the ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on individual prospect needs. Able to Display Resilience and Patience: Navigate and overcome objections with resilience and patience. Confidant: Display confidence in presenting information and addressing concerns. Instil confidence in potential residents and their families regarding the decision to choose our community Desirable: Local Connection A good understanding of the local area, or a willingness to build strong community connections quickly, would be an advantage.
