About the Role:
We are recruiting a dedicated and experiencedSenior Childrens Residential Support Workerto join abrand-new childrens residential EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) serviceinKidderminster. This is a key leadership role within the home, supporting the management team while delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts, act as a positive role model for the staff team and help create a safe, structured and nurturing environment that promotes stability, resilience and positive outcomes for children and young people.
Pay & Hours:
* £14.95 per hour
* £70 per sleep-in
* Flexible shift work includingday, early, late and sleep-in shifts
* Temp-to-perm opportunitywithin a new service
Key Responsibilities:
1. Providing direct care and support to children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and additional or complex needs
2. Leading shifts and acting as the senior on duty when required
