Field Sales Manager – Branded Food

My client – a premium, well-respected food brand – is looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager to grow their presence in the independent retail and trade sector.
You'll be out on the road most of the week, visiting existing customers, opening new doors, and bringing the brand to life through in-store tastings, training and promotional support. This is a great role for someone who loves building relationships, enjoys autonomy, and has a proven track record in branded food sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow independent retail/trade accounts across the UK
Plan and deliver an effective journey plan
Run in-store tastings and product training
Drive brand visibility and hit sales targets
Identify and secure new business
Support at events and trade shows
What You'll Need:
Field sales experience in branded food
Strong independent trade knowledge
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Self-motivated, organised, and commercially focused
Happy to travel extensively across the UK
Full UK driving licence
Territory includes: the North West, Yorkshire, East Midlands, West Midlands, parts of the South Midlands, and Wales
